Yes, we are happy to offer a lay-by service for one month which requires 20% deposit. Unfortunately, this service is only available on full priced product.

Shanton currently stocks sizes 8-16 or S-XL, in most styles, in some styles extra sizes are available from size 6 (or XS) to 18 (or XXL)

WHAT QUANTITIES OF EACH STYLE DOES SHANTON MANUFACTURE?
Shanton has always been committed to offering a large range of styles with limited quantities in each style to maintain maximum choice and exclusivity.

WILL SHANTON HOLD A GARMENT FOR ME?
Yes, Shanton will hold a garment for a maximum of 3 days.

DOES SHANTON HAVE GIFT CARDS?
Shanton does have gift cards available to any value of your choice. Gift Cards are redeemable at any Shanton store throughout New Zealand and are valid for 12 months from purchase.

HOW CAN I FIND A STYLE/SIZE IN ANOTHER STORE?
The Special Order service at Shanton allows staff to search other branches for the style or size you require and have the garment sent to a store of your choice for payment and collection. This service is only available on full priced styles and can take up to 10 working days.

WHAT IS THE SHANTON REFUND/RETURN POLICY?
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet
our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Faulty items returned must be accompanied with
your receipt as proof of purchase. You will be required to provide your name,address and contact details
to maintain the integrity of the transaction.
